A Little Extra Help

For the Bride that has begun her planning but wants to ensure a stress-free day.

*Initial consultation to define your wedding coordination needs

*Meeting 1 month before wedding to finalize details and discuss the flow of your event, timelines, and any special instructions or concerns you may have.

*Oversee day of event set-up or ceremony and reception, including placement of flowers, candles, guest books, favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

*Connect with photographer, cater, florist, venue, transportation and other vendors

*On-site wedding day coordination from start to finish for up to 8 hours.

Day of Event Assistance

Planning your Wedding or Special Event is great fun but after all that hard work you need someone there on your day to make sure all your planning goes smoothly so you can spend more time with family and friends.

*Meeting 1 week prior to define your wedding coordination needs

*Oversee day of event set-up or ceremony and reception, including placement of flowers, candles, guest books, favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

*Connect with photographer, cater, florist, venue, transportation and other vendors

*On-site wedding day coordination from start to finish for up to 8 hours.

Rehearsal Coordination

We will set up rehearsal time with ceremony location, inform each member of the bridal party of date, time and location, supply directions, find transportation if needed and over see the rehearsal up to 3 hours.
